This is not a traditional retail storefront.
It’s a studio – created for thoughtful work, collaboration, and beautifully considered travel design.

Designed for collaboration

The Fish Lane Studio was built first and foremost for our team.

It is a calm, light-filled environment where our travel designers can collaborate, map complex routes, refine premium itineraries, and shape extraordinary journeys without distraction.

From round-the-world airfare planning and complex multi-stop itineraries to carefully designed cruise journeys and tailor-made holidays, this is where ideas are explored properly and elevated with care.

For clients, visits to the studio are available by appointment only. Each meeting is personal, unhurried, and intentional, reflecting the level of service we believe great travel planning deserves.

A setting with history and character

The studio is housed within a circa 1938 Art Deco building, an address layered with Brisbane history. Beneath it sits a heritage-listed World War II bunker, a quiet and unexpected detail that gives the space depth and character.

There is something fitting about working within walls that have stood the test of time.

One team, two locations

While the Fish Lane Studio is our Brisbane base, our team works across both South Brisbane and our Chirn Park office on the Gold Coast.

Some advisors are based in Brisbane, others on the Gold Coast, and many move between the two depending on the day. What matters most is that every client benefits from the collective experience of the entire team.

Travel planning is rarely a solo effort. Complex itineraries, cruise journeys, and multi-stop airfare plans often involve collaboration between several specialists, and the Fish Lane Studio was designed to make that collaboration easy.

Planning travel from Brisbane or the Gold Coast

Clients may visit the Fish Lane Studio in South Brisbane, meet with us at our Chirn Park office on the Gold Coast, or plan their journeys with our team remotely via phone, email, or video meetings.

Many of our clients choose to work with us remotely, allowing them to access the full expertise of our travel designers no matter where they are based.
