One of her most unforgettable adventures was sailing through the Arctic aboard Ponant’s Le Boréal, where she witnessed polar bears, walruses, seals, reindeer and countless seabirds against a backdrop of breathtaking icy landscapes.

She has also fallen in love with the Greek Islands while sailing the Aegean aboard the magnificent Star Clipper. From exploring local markets in Turkey and enjoying seaside villages on Limnos to beach hopping in Skiathos and visiting the famous Mamma Mia! filming locations on Skopelos, it was a truly unique way to experience Greece.

More recently, Katrina cruised through Holland and Belgium during tulip season aboard Scenic Jewel, with Keukenhof’s spectacular gardens providing one of the highlights of the journey. She has also lived in Stirling, Scotland, giving her the opportunity to experience the country like a local while exploring its castles, history and breathtaking scenery.

Her travels have taken her extensively throughout North America, Europe and beyond, from family holidays in California and cruising the Caribbean to exploring the Greek Islands, Scandinavia and the Arctic. She has also travelled through parts of Asia and the Middle East, experiencing everything from vibrant cities and idyllic islands to some of the world’s most iconic destinations. Of all her adventures, family holidays to Disneyland California remain among her most treasured travel memories.
