We have recently returned from our bucket list trip of a lifetime to Canada and Alaska. We had an amazing time and an awesome itinerary that was brilliantly organised by Danielle from Chirn Park Travel for 6 of us, who all loved every minute of it!
Four of our friends had never been on a cruise before and the Inside Passage cruise with Princess has made them converts!😊
Danielle also went above and beyond the call of duty when 2 of our friends due to a misunderstanding with their travel agent had nothing booked ( accommodation and tours) for the first 9 days! Danielle did an amazing job of saving the trip at the last minute and booking our friends almost exactly what we had for that part of the trip. Our friends were so grateful for her hard work.
We have come back energised and excited to do more travel and have already booked another trip with Danielle, who we recommend as as an outstanding travel agent who listens and gets to know you and what your travel dreams are to make them a reality.

I am a regular traveller and have worked with Alisa since 2022 on organising my travels. Wow! What an experience dealing with Laura from Chirn Park Travel! Her attention to detail from beginning to end was infallible. She had great advice and tips for all our destinations, as well as reconfiguring our trip to make it more cost effective and to maximise the limited time we had in each city. The hotel options she organised were all within our budget and exceeded our expectations, in every country! She explained each transition in great detail, making it basically fool proof, and the app with our itinerary and every document pre downloaded made our whole experience stress free. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been using Alana Debritt from Chirn Park travel since 2019. Every holiday, cruise and package have been second to none. Alana is patient and caring and it is clear she only wants the best for myself and my family. I think the best part about using Alana is that she understands all of my wants and needs when booking holidays – from the type of hotels (inclusions and views), to the locations, the experiences and even preferred airlines and which seats I prefer to sit in.
Alana is truly second to none – I live in NSW so usually do a lot of my planning via text or email and everything is still always perfect.
So many of my friends and family also use her now (also from NSW) and they are also extremely pleased with her professionalism and catering to their style, needs and budget.
I was hesitant to write this review as I really want to keep her as my little secret but her talent and skills should be shared as when you use her, your holidays just become that much better.

We just came back from our dream Europe trip of a lifetime, and honestly, I can’t imagine doing it without Marie Holman from Chirn Park Travel!

From the very start, she put me at ease. I had been completely overthinking things (especially when it came to the Greek islands), trying to balance what I wanted with the needs of others travelling, and stressing about making a mistake that might cost us time or comfort. Even though I’m usually super organised, I felt overwhelmed. Then I walked into her office, met her in person, and instantly connected. Marie’s big smile, bubbly personality, and genuine excitement about my trip made me feel like I was in the very best hands.
She took all the pressure off, patiently giving me time, options, and incredible recommendations (and made the whole planning process fun).

Her energy is contagious and she really cares. Our trip turned out absolutely amazing, better than I could have imagined, and I’m already thinking about the next one I’ll plan with her!

There was only one tiny glitch on our very last day (the hotel’s fault, not hers), but Chirn Park Travel had it sorted within minutes, even keeping the hotel happy while making sure we were stress-free on our way to the airport. That kind of service is rare.

Marie is such an asset to Chirn Park Travel (and to anyone lucky enough to work with her). She’s calm, kind, professional, and makes everything seamless. Truly a 5-star experience. She’s now my go-to travel agent and I can’t recommend her enough!
