Having spent over seven years helping others create exceptional travel moments, I’ve had the privilege of exploring more than 20 countries. From working as a flight consultant to roles in customer service, guest services, and reservations, my journey has shaped how I approach travel planning. As an administration support specialist, I support our travel professionals in creating seamless and memorable holidays. From destination research and preparing personalised quotes to booking flights, accommodation, transfers, and more, I assist with ensuring all the details are taken care of, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional service.

My own travels have been incredibly rewarding, especially a memorable mum and daughter trip through the Greek Islands and Europe, some of the most inspiring destinations I’ve visited. The charm of Milos, the magic of Santorini, and the rich history of Athens left a lasting impression on me. Exploring vibrant cities across Europe, from London to Rome, Amsterdam to Paris, deepened my appreciation for what makes a journey truly remarkable.

I’ve also been fortunate to enjoy family adventures in places like Hawaii, Costa Rica, and right here in Australia, including the Whitsundays and the Top End, where we explored Darwin’s local markets, Indigenous culture, and unique wildlife. Visiting Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida with my family was truly special. As Walt Disney once said, “Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, and dreams are forever”—and that spirit of joy and wonder is something I hope every traveller gets to experience.
